Physical Therapist & Owner, Endurance Physical Therapy — she/her/hers
Meghen earned her Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Exercise Science in 2006 from Montana State University in Bozeman, then went on to the University of Montana in Missoula, graduating with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2010. While there, she also completed certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). In 2018, after a year-long deep dive into pain neuroscience and complex pain conditions, she became a certified Therapeutic Pain Specialist (TPS).
Publications: "The Incidence of Urinary Incontinence and Low Back Pain in Female Collegiate Athletes."
Honors: Exceptional Achievement Award, ISPI Therapeutic Pain Science Certification Program.
For more than 16 years, Meghen has practiced as a "jill of all trades" in outpatient settings — treating babies, kids, adults, athletes at every level, weekend warriors, and aging adults alike. Her focus is modernizing the classic physical therapy approach to account for the social, psychological, and environmental factors that shape each person's experience with pain, trauma, and injury. Because those factors look different for everyone, no two treatment plans ever look the same.
"You can't do a good job if your job is all you do." Outside the clinic, Meghen is usually chasing her three kids and husband down a ski hill, along the shoreline, or into Sirena's Gelato. She loves to travel, run, play a song or two on the piano, coach youth athletics, and read anything related to human psychology and the social sciences.
