Wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in. Bring a list of current medications and any relevant imaging or reports, if you have them. And come with questions — we want to answer them. Some soreness after trying new movements is normal and usually settles within a day or two; gentle movement tends to help more than rest. Need to reschedule? Just give us at least 24 hours notice.
